This regimen works to produce what Anthony and I coined, “Happy Hair.”

This regimen is based on a monthly - 30-day cycle. You'll start off the first day of the month doing the same deep treatments and weeks 2-4, you'll perform the same actions.
The first day, or the same set time each month, you should follow the below natural hair regimen for super-healthy hair.
Step 1: Deep Cleanse your hair. Dirt, debris, product build-up, oil, and more clog the pores of your scalp and your hair, preventing any treatment you do from taking effect.
So you need to clarify, detox, deep cleanse your hair at least once per month. If you have hard water, then more calcium will build up in your hair faster, in which case you may need to clarify your hair twice a month.

Week 2, 3 and 4 you will do the following:
Step 1: Wash your hair with a moisturizing, curl defining shampoo.
Again, using a cheap shampoo is fine for week's 2-4, however, for the best possible results, use one that balances the pH, moisture and strength of the hair.
Your shampoo should also define the curl pattern.

Step 4: Seal the moisture with a natural oil treatment. Every time you wash your hair, you need to seal in the moisture with oil.

Remember, you'll do this same process every week, at least once a week, throughout each month of the year.
